OddsAxis, its owners, and its operators are NOT responsible for any wins, losses, damages, or costs of any kind that result from your use of the information provided. Subscriptions and payments. Some features require a paid subscription. Access is granted manually after payment is confirmed. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. OddsAxis may change, suspend, or withdraw features, or revoke access, at its discretion, including where these terms are breached. 7. Your data and privacy. To operate your account, OddsAxis collects and stores information you provide (such as your username, email address, and date of birth) and limited technical information (such as your IP address at signup). This information is used to provide the service, verify eligibility, and keep records of your agreement to these terms. It is retained even if your account is later deactivated or suspended. OddsAxis does not sell your personal data. 8. Changes to these terms. OddsAxis may update these terms from time to time. The version you accept at signup is recorded. Continued use of the service after any update means you accept the revised terms. 9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of OddsAxis is subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
